More information

It is also worth checking the search page on the website of the Society of Teachers of the Alexander Technique from time to time for information about other local classes.

I have no workshops scheduled at the moment, and I do not know of any others locally. I do organise workshops occasionally, usually for people who have already had some lessons. Please contact me to be added to my email list and I will let you know when the next event is planned.
