The Alexander Technique with Peter Bloch in Wilmslow, Cheshire

Wednesdays, 9.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. in Wilmslow, Cheshire

The MATTS professional training course for teachers will be re-opening on 29th April 2020.

Until MATTS re-opens, this class is intended principally as preparation for training for potential trainee teachers. However all qualified teachers, postgraduate teachers and visiting trainee teachers from other courses will continue to be welcome to come as they wish, without notice, exactly as with the Thursday Class. The Wednesday Classes run from 9 am to 1 pm in the same weeks as the Thursday Classes.

In the Wednesday classes a small group of students (usually around 7-10) have the opportunity to work intensively with several experienced teachers. The classes have the same daily schedule as a traditional training course for teachers, and prospective students will be able to get a sense of what it will be like to train as a teacher of the Alexander Technique at MATTS.

Regular teachers include Peter Bloch, Jane Osgood and Liz Hulse who will be, respectively, the director, assistant director and co-assistant director of MATTS. And most weeks we are joined by other regular teachers from the Thursday Class.

Students with an interest in training as a teacher who have not attended our classes before are requested to check with me before their first visit.
