Teaching Member of the Society of Teachers of the Alexander Technique (STAT)
Peter Bloch, teacher of the Alexander Technique in Wilmslow, Cheshire,

I am a highly experienced teacher of the Alexander Technique based in Wilmslow (near Prestbury, Poynton, Knutsford, Bramhall, Cheadle, Macclesfield, Altrincham and Manchester).

I offer individual lessons on five days each week, including evenings and Saturdays.

I offer a free consultation to help you decide if lessons in the Alexander Technique could be the help that you are looking for, and if I am the right teacher for you.

I also lead introductory classes, weekly classes for more advanced students and qualified A.T. teachers and the Manchester professional training course for teachers. I have pleasant rooms, with free off-street parking.

If you have further questions about the Alexander Technique or about lessons, or if you wish to discuss whether the AT could be helpful to you, I welcome contact by email or telephone.

*Lessons in the Alexander Technique reduce days with pain by an average of 86% in patients with both chronic and recurrent back pain, even a year after lessons have been completed, according to a major study published in the British Medical Journal.

The Alexander Technique is an effective way to improve your health, posture and performance.

In lessons, you learn how to carry out everyday activities in a new way - one that is freer and easier than you probably ever thought possible. The Alexander Technique is a method that restores natural grace and joy in movement.
